Terms
According to the legislation of the Republic of Latvia, the owner of an online store is required to provide terms and conditions regarding product delivery, returns, and the right of withdrawal. This is known as a Distance Contract(Cabinet of Ministers regulations).).
Distance Contract
The seller of the goods offered in this online store – Patrīcija Megija Ozoliņa, Reg. No. second part 10906, email: megijaozo@outlook.com (hereinafter referred to as the Seller) – and the person placing the order (hereinafter referred to as the Buyer) enter into the following agreement:
The Seller agrees to sell and deliver the goods to the Buyer in accordance with the Buyer’s order.
The Buyer will receive an order confirmation by email. Once the order is ready, the Buyer will be notified either via email or SMS by the delivery partner Omniva.

Delivery and Payment Terms
The Buyer places an order through this website by specifying the type and quantity of products to be purchased. The Buyer may pay for the goods using the integrated payment tools in the online store or by paying the invoice prepared by the Seller and sent to the Buyer via email. The invoice is issued electronically and is valid without a signature.
The Seller undertakes to deliver the goods within 5 calendar days after payment is received, coordinating the delivery time with the Buyer.
Right of Withdrawal
The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days from the moment of receiving the goods by sending a written notice of withdrawal to the Seller. A withdrawal form will be sent to the Buyer via email upon request.
The Buyer must return the goods to the Seller within 7 days after submitting the withdrawal notice – either via Omniva parcel return service or in person at Krasta iela 97A. The refund will be transferred to the Buyer’s designated bank account within 1 business day after the Seller has received the returned goods. All return shipping costs are covered by the Buyer.
The Buyer may not exercise the right of withdrawal if:
- the goods, by their nature, cannot be returned, are perishable, or intended for quick consumption.
According to Section 12, Part Six of the Latvian Consumer Rights Protection Law, “the consumer is responsible for preserving the quality and safety of the goods during the withdrawal period.” The Seller reserves the right to refuse the Buyer’s withdrawal request or withhold a compensation fee if: the goods are damaged due to careless handling or misuse, the original packaging is lost or significantly damaged, the instructions were not followed during use.
Data Processing
By entering the required information and placing an order, the Buyer confirms that they have read and agree that their provided data will be used to process the order and ensure delivery of the goods in accordance with the legal requirements of the Republic of Latvia. By submitting their information, the Buyer agrees to receive notifications related to the processing of their order via the provided email address.
